the image, which includes the child’s genitalia, was part of the Dropbox folder, but Moreno says in the complaint he refuses to disclose how many people accessed, viewed, or downloaded the photo.

Miller is in the US House, but daughter’s grandfather/ex-wife’s father is a US Senator. Something might actually happen here because Miller is the junior official.
I’m pretty sure he was all fine and dandy with it until it became public and now he’s having to look like a Father in the public’s eye. The fucker endorsed him, as is the republican way, until it started reflecting badly upon him. At a guess I bet he blames his daughter and grandchild for making him stick up for them behind closed doors.
It took a lot for the father-in-law to finally say something and it was pretty milquetoast.
I do think Miller’s career is going to falter, but not because of his father-in-law actually working to protect his daughter and granddaughter.
