I completed the conceal carry course. If you are carrying and encounter Law Enforcement. You are suppose to put hands up and let the LE Officer know you have a weapon. Definitely do not wrestle with LE Officers. Just FYI.
A well regulated militia that when confronted with government overreach, they put down their arms and hands up.
so even if he didnt show his firearm first before helping that illegally assaulted woman up.
when they tackle you down, and have a bunch of guys on you, and they disarm you. are they allowed to shoot you three times, execution style at point blank range, after removing your weapon from the scene? and then have another officer (who just commited an illegal assault, and should have been removed from the scene immediately) empty their clip into your dead corpse?
also these are not police officers. they are considered federal agents, and you dont have to show them shit. unless legally detained. there is no law that requires you to show any weapon to a federal agent when near them, walking up to them, by them. etc. unless detained. and if you are detained, they have no right to execute you.
Your statement doesn’t address the issue at hand. Don’t engage with LE Officers carrying a firearm. It is clearly stated in the conceal carry documents you sign for a license.
these are federal agents, not considered law enforcement in each state. it is quite literally, out of their jurisdiction, and they are all working on unconstitutional orders.
so not only are they there illegally, but they are operating illegally, and therefore are not recognized as law enforcement, but a separate occupying force.
you dont have to show them a fuckin thing.
