As soon as you realize Crooks worked at a retirement home you understand that he was merely a school shooter you decided to aim higher.
I don’t believe it was staged (I give it only a 10% chance of so), but rather as others point out, incompetence. But the “Iranian” one I give it a 99% chances of being fabricated… probably not by the Secret Service or CIA, but by some tip “foreign intelligence” agency with the intention of provoking Trump against Iran. It is not the first, or second time of this.

It’s no sillier than any other false flag attack. They might not have cared if they killed him, either. Trump as a martyr and a more predictable guy in charge has a lot of appeal for many on the right.

Please just internalize that the US has many psychos with guns. This guy was in his early 20s and worked at a retirement home. If you don’t know the significance of that, ask before arguing further. He googled both Biden’s and Trump’s campaign rally stops and Trumps was closest. Crooks would’ve shot up his old elementary school but decided he wanted to be better. It all adds up.
Eurohicks will only see a well aimed photo out of hundreds and think “that’s too good to be true - it must’ve been staged”. There’s USA flags all over any Trump rally as well as photographers. The idea that one would get a line on the other while Trump musters some chincey WWE pose in between is easy to conceive.

When I was at an Obama rally in 2008, there were snipers on rooftops, multiple security checkpoints, and they shut down entire blocks of the city. There’s no way you’re getting even close with a rifle. I don’t buy the incompetence angle.
Somehow the chuds on the ground saw the shooter on a rooftop before the trained snipers, and pointed him out. It was only after the guy took the shot that he was killed, as another commenter pointed out.
I always found this video to be strange. The staffer or secret service agent runs to get all of the photographers, the cranes lower the flag into view, and then they got that perfect shot of him with his fist in the air and the flag behind him. Why did they work so hard to shield him at the beginning, only to allow him to pull that bullshit for the photos? They couldn’t even find the first shooter in time, what makes them think there weren’t more than one?
Then there is the timeline:
- Police assessed Crooks as suspicious a full hour before the shooting and took photos of him
- Emergency services receives photographs of him using a rangefinder nearly 30 minutes before the shooting
- Secret service counter snipers are notified of the rangefinder 20 minutes before the shooting
- Secret service loses track of the shooter 18 minutes before the shooting
- A Beaver count snipers sees him walking down a dead end with a backpack 10 minutes before the shooting
- Chuds notice him on a rooftop with a rifle 5 minutes before the shooting and notify law enforcement
- Butler county emergency services personnel takes a shot and injures Crooks after his first shot
- 13 seconds later, Secret Service kills Crooks
So they knew of him for nearly an hour. They knew he was using a rangefinder for nearly 20 minutes. They knew he had a rifle on a rooftop for nearly 5 minutes. Yet he still managed to fire 8 shots towards a former president before secret service finally killed him.
I don’t know if it was staged. Honestly, I suspect that it was either a real assassination attempt that someone let happen, or it was staged and Trump wasn’t included in the planning.
Especially when people were literally calling out that the dude was on the roof to the security.

Fake cut on his ear thing too. I have no idea if the shooting itself was fake, but everything else around it obviously was. If it wasn’t fake, the bullet missing might well make me believe in the devil. Live video of a bird landing on Sander’s podium in 2016 remains best evidence for god. Humans clearly closer to the former than the latter.

A guy literally got shot to death behind trump. Just because the audience doesn’t have any survival instincts doesn’t mean it’s staged.
“Staged” could mean:
- They planned to let the guy get a gun close then nab him without shooting, but fucked up.
- They planned to let a bad shot take a shot and then execute him.
- They had a patsy on the roof and a real shooter elsewhere, who planned to either miss (and succeeded) or hit (and fucked up).
All of which would involve a real bullet actually killing someone, just not Trump.

The first assassination wasn’t staged, it was just exposing incompetency within the secret service and security setup. It would be good not to propagate conspiracy theories.
There is a difference between staged and “allowed to happen” and/or “socially engeered to be more probable”. Life is complicated.
