What I remember about that documentary was how vain and clueless the people who were interviewed were. Up until that happened to them none of them had ever had an encounter with real adversity.
True. The ship announcer was okay. She genuinely seemed to care about the people and their plight. The corporate guy was simply terrible. He only cared about the spin and how the media was going to treat it. Described the story in terms of a cancer. The rest of the passengers seemed kinda clueless. The only one that can be forgiven for that is the young girl.
