    It’s a snowball’s chance in hell of actually happening, but this would be the best time for this to happen if it lead to proper new policy that changes how voted are counted.

    Now I see what you mean about the idea of a big Left state splitting its electoral votes. Which would be bad in 2028. But the snowball’s chance is most/all states shifting to a non FPTP voting system and making a 3rd party viable.
