His strengths were supposed to be foreign policy and the ability to negotiate legislation with Republicans, and those were two of the worst aspects of his presidency. The only thing that might eclipse that (depending on how much you think a good president could have stopped Israel) was appointing Merrick Garland as AG to do nothing about Trump’s crimes.

He wasn’t as crass and openly imperialistic and overall amoral as Trump so he’s basically Jesus in the eyes of liberals. 🤷♂️
