    Sedans have stricter crash safety standards than big trucks. The whole reason why Detroit pushes large trucks is the safety loopholes and the myth that a heavier, taller vehicle is somehow safer.

    We definitely need weight limits in public roads and special licences for truck drivers. Fucking idiots don’t understand braking distances increase with weight.

      Oh I don’t think they’re any safer, I just think they are more dangerous to me and my car when I weighs 1/3rd as much as them.
