Donald Trump’s new White House Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller, said the Republican Party is “more popular than ever,” just days after voters handed Democrats control of the House and Senate the midterm elections.
Miller said in his speech that it was “the privilege of a lifetime to join President Trump,” before adding: “If it wasn’t for President Trump, the United States of America would not exist right now.”
“This man saved America,” Miller said. “He saved our military from collapse, he saved our economy from destruction, he saved our border from annihilation and he saved our country from threats at home and abroad which would have been the end of the American dream forever.”
Peewee German. He is fucked.

This makes sense I think people have known Miller’s been running Trump with his hand up his ass like a puppet for years.

“Oh, but this order does not come from me. It comes from the President. He signed it this morning.”
The best producers in Hollywood couldn’t dream up a more sniveling nefarious character.
lol ok Goebbels
I hope this monster spends his life in jail.
I would prefer the torture he spoke of doing to others.
Court-ordered antipsychotics, maybe.
He’s going to keep saying obvious and attention grabbing lies like this.
Because quietly he’s going to do horrible shit he doesn’t want anyone to notice.
This has been the strategy all along according to Steve Bannon
Longer…
The memo – called, simply enough, “A Plan For Putting the GOP on TV News” – is included in a 318-page cache of documents detailing [Roger] Ailes’ work for both the Nixon and George H.W. Bush administrations that we obtained from the Nixon and Bush presidential libraries. Through his firms REA Productions and Ailes Communications, Inc., Ailes served as paid consultant to both presidents in the 1970s and 1990s, offering detailed and shrewd advice ranging from what ties to wear to how to keep the pressure up on Saddam Hussein in the run-up to the first Gulf War.
The memo explains why television was the way to go:
Today television news is watched more often than people read newspapers, than people listen to the radio, than people read or gather any other form of communication. The reason: People are lazy. With television you just sit—watch—listen. The thinking is done for you.

Ailes started Fox News because Nixon had to resign after Watergate. They figured if they could create their own news and talk about whatever they wanted, their voters would think what they were told to think.
Then in the 90s the oligarchs bought the only other options, and one of the first things the Clintons and Biden did was take a chainsaw to telecommunication regulations…
Don’t fucking give credit to Bannon like he has a masterful insight. This was obvious and in plain sight, the literal memo saying they were gonna do it entered into Nixon’s presidential library, and even more updates from HW’s
It’s the main reason Trump will likely never have one and is paranoid about flushing memos down toilets.
The big reason it’s going so poorly is the plan was for someone like Jeb to be in office. trump just inserted himself into an existing plan like a cuckoo egg.
All super fucking obvious
My philosophy has always been “don’t listen to that guy“, but I suppose we really should’ve been listening to that guy, because he’s been broadcasting the Trump strategy for over 10 years
What a fucking pile of shit that guy is
I hate this many more than anyone else on earth.
Miller is deeply delusional.
Since when does the WH Chief of Staff give speeches? I wonder who is really calling the shots here? Maybe the President’s brain is pudding after all.
Maybe we should all start calling him “President Miller”. That might overload Trump’s fragile ego, though.
I mean, there’s basically no president, just a bribe-taking nonsense babbling demented old man. So his people can do what they want really.
That was the nice thing about Susie; you maybe saw her sitting in a corner during a briefing or something, but otherwise she was not heard.
Eh, I don’t know if that was a nice thing about her. I prefer my fascists out and proud. Posting online about how they’re planning on breaking the law or giving speeches where they say their exact plans. Makes it easier to prosecute them when the time comes. Not that she doesn’t also deserve it, but it’s not quite the same if she’s not publicly lying about being a lawyer or openly admitting to war crimes and the like. We must shine a light on evil and it really helps when they are the ones stepping into the spotlight.
Actually a really good book about the people who have had the job of Chief Of Staff for the different Presidents.
One thing the book explains is that each Chief has had a slightly different role, because each President was his own man.
So, if Donnie says his Cheif gives speeches, it’s his choice.
My point, though, is that this job works best if it is done under the radar. A Chief of Staff has no authority at all unless the President gives it to them to make decisions on his behalf. So the job needs to be out of public view, otherwise people will question who is actually making the decisions.
I mean, no one is going to point to Donnie as an example of great leadership.
I just thought that the political geeks here [like myself] might enjoy knowing about a good book.
I mean, no one is going to point to Donnie as an example of great leadership.
Except Miller. 💀
We’re in the Bhagdad Bob phase.
Shiller Miller? Stephen’s Grieven?
Extremely delusional of him.
Yet, extremely on point
So, he’s as delusional as dumbfuck….
He’s not delusional. He’s a liar. He is, no joke, this generation’s Goebbels.
Very popular with insurrectionists maybe
