Surprisingly not a red flag, it can be used to sabotage potential sloppers.
… is an indication of tooling, not a scarlet letter that AI contributed to the source code. A dev can include AGENTS.md to support automated maintenance (pre-commit hooks, config scripts, Github actions) without making AI part of the software. Does Makefile mean GNU Make wrote your program?
