Your reply reads like a Democrat wanting the benefits of liberal policies for everyone including cons while I’m not a conservative.
My comment is about expecting things to change very little and all this hope is superficial based on history.

If you want the people to be motivated to revolt, hope is necessary, seeing small victories is necessary.
There will be no revolution if people believe their efforts are futile.
