    Can we get a list of what counts as “Big Tech?” Lemmy is already my only social media and I don’t use any messengers outside of Signal and Simplex. Are we talking classical Silicon Valley? Chromium browsers? Anything at all on an iPhone or Android? What about game platforms?

    This is so vague.

      I’d like to know too. I bet most Lemmy users are here because we got sick of Reddit, which I consider part of big tech. I’ll participate in this strike as much as I can, but not because I saw this post, it’s just how I want to live my life. I think a lot of Lemmy users share similar goals, so this post may be preaching to the choir, and if it’s not, a 1 day strike on “big tech” won’t show results.
