Lol, “berate” or “shame someone publicly” by recounting an interaction they had with an unnamed woman during their day… These people are so pathetic and thin-skinned that they have to imagine (unlikely) scenarios about why a person couldn’t just write from the heart. Laziness, apathy, insecurity, whatever… But the end result is they chose to rely on a chatbot to pretend to be human and write words they don’t understand to a human they will never meet to convey emotions they don’t possess…
It’s because they feel like they are the one being berated or attacked.
