      By consequences you mean oil companies cutting the rulers of the state in on a percentage of the profits from cheating their citizens. Yeah lovely, I guess.

        if this is a joke, it’s stupid. if not, for fucks sake aim higher.

        by consequences I mean rounding up the executives who paid for disinfo, who mainstreamed junk science so it wouldn’t impact their bottom lines - round em up and hang them from lamp posts.

          Dana Nessel is a good old boy, not fit for the moment, offering nothing to the greater party, or people. She’s not the other guy. That is her only selling point, and not all that great of them.

    Fascist light aristocrat Dana Nessel belatedly files lawsuit to get a check for the state as a cut of the money oil has been extorting the citizens of the state for.

    This just makes sure Michigan gets it’s cut, to use for tax breaks to corporations, for screwing their citizens. Dana Nessel is a cynical fascist. She’s not on your side, she has nothing but contempt for you, or any issue, she is playing you, along with the other establishment figures.

    The only way forward is replacing them, their performative efforts to fulfill campaign promises as if it were sufficient or acceptable to just file a lawsuit then throw up your hands as if there was no real politik to be played needs to end if we aren’t to all fall under the boot of the other party.
