When I saw they had an “AI statement” I knew it was bad news. But I didn’t expect it to be so bad, holy shit!
So basically they are recording you without your knowledge (unless you have read this document). Because they don’t tell you about it in the appointment either!
I’ve been to a couple appointments recently and the nurse/doctor didn’t say anything about this. Next time I go I’ll definitely say that I want to opt out of this shit and see their reaction.

Looks like a way to reduce the administrative burden of healthcare professionals having to take notes. Back in the day, this was done by the doctor dictating each patient and then having a human transcribe it back onto the medical documents. Having done it before, many years ago after hours, in a dimly lit room, it was a very painful, boring job.
