I may be misremebering but I’m pretty sure that this story has been circulating for YEARS. Like at least 3 years cuz I’m pretty sure I saw it on Reddit and I’m part of the API lockdown diaspora. Why is it getting reported on again? Is is being given more credence now? As much as I hate having to think about it, hopefully the new reporting will do some good and Katie will get somw justice.
I think it’s because the government just filed a thing about it, and i think they had to wait until now because they know they’ll have more representatives’ support soon after midterms if Trump let’s midterms happen and doesn’t lose his shit on the country.
I mean, it should have stayed in the news the first time until it was followed by the story of how his child molesting ass was removed from office and dealt with. But know the media just skipped right along to the next bullshit that should have resulted in the same thing but didn’t. Just endlessly cycling through horrible shit.
