A new report states that former Rep. Eric Swalwell and Katie Miller had a fling while she was a 22-year-old intern. Swalwell recently resigned from Congress amid sexual abuse claims, which he denies, and Katie is now married to Stephen Miller, the controversial deputy chief of staff to President Donald Trump
