President Donald Trump has continued to demonstrate signs of worsening mental “decline,” according to one professional psychologist, who detailed the latest “red flags” in a new video.
Dr. John Paul Garrison is a licensed forensic and clinical psychologist who specializes in body language. He is also a content creator who has released numerous videos giving his professional insight into the tells for cognitive decline that he has seen Trump exhibiting during public appearances or addresses.
In his latest video, he dug into two recent appearances by Trump, one at an event in Las Vegas and another in the Oval Office, which he said were full of further signs of his worsening condition.
“Over the past several months, I’ve been frequently analyzing President Trump’s behavior because it has gotten more erratic,” Garrison explained. “It’s gotten more unusual, and we’re seeing more neurological hiccups. As I’ve mentioned for months now, it appears that there are neurological changes from President Trump. Whether it’s post-stroke or something else, we have seen distinct changes. The reason this matters so much, and the reason that I’m covering it so much, is that I believe we are seeing this play out on the world stage. I think it is affecting his judgment. I think that it is affecting his ability to make decisions, and it certainly is affecting his behavior, and I’m going to show you in what ways that it affects his behavior.”

So when are yanks going to do something about him?
These yanks?
“I shit my pants in support of trump”
That lady probably.
They won’t. Americans are idiots.
They generally only protest when social media tells them to. And social media only tells them to protest when the President is someone the owners of social media don’t like. They all like to cosplay as rebels, but really they’re the most complacent people in the world.
Downvoted for truth. They carry guns out of fear.
People in general are allowing they’re quality of life to be smudged, regardless of if they’re American. There’s a plastic island bigger than Texas in the Pacific, right? We’re literally killing our environment because plastic is easier to ship groceries in than glass (etc)
You are doing these things. I do what I can to reduce carbon emissions and reduce waste. You could too, but you’re told that it’s fine for you to do nothing other than sit around complaining about other people on social media.
Doomerism is all about making you apathetic, why do you go along with it?
Who says I’m not doing things to address it, even if it won’t amount to anything?
I’m responding to a thread that makes this seem like it’s a deeply American problem. It’s obvious that this isn’t the only country that won’t successfully push back against a decline. Our species needs to be able to organize better.
We’re set up as a “constitutional republic” with a senate that has disproportionate representation and no ability to recall anyone like your parliamentary system. We get stuck with elected officials for their full term and justices for life. We’ve suffered a coup where a minority party took power from the gerrymandering of districts. Yes, our system is stupidly designed and too many people buy into the “sanctity” of our constitution, when it could just be rewritten.
But that requires a convoluted process that an overwhelming majority of the states would have support.
Protesting in the streets does next to nothing against the entrenched fascist government. They don’t respect the law or the lives of people that oppose them.
If you’re hinting a violent revolution, that’s not happening unless there’s widespread starvation. Fear keeps people in check. Don’t forget about 30% of the population still love Trump. I don’t think a bunch of college kids are going to become guerrilla warriors against a sophisticated military with superior communication and satellite imagery at their command.
So people are frustrated and the only outlet most have is online. At least venting about it feels good. We’re mostly powerless to change here, unfortunately.
Our only chance for change is when the turd dies. Well, maybe. Trump is just a useful puppet for the heritage foundation, Israel and the corporate oligarchs. When one goes down, a hundred are ready to take his place .
Don’t worry though. In decades, climate change will disrupt the global food supply badly, people will blame their respective governments, and we’ll see mass violence and chaos. All civilizations eventually collapse.
Yeah the system as it is right now is basically set up that the only way anything changes is through some type of economic collapse. Personally I suspect that everything is set to fail in the US at this point but nothing has set off the powder keg.
The prior generations also war and geopolitical shifts that pushed Europe and America leftwards. Fascism devastated Europe and efforts were focused on dismantling and suppressing right wing elements. Additionally, you had the Soviet Union, which provided a counterbalance to Western capitalism, and many countries liberalized their governments for fears of communism taking over.
If China is able to carefully shift towards more traditional Marxist socialism, while preserving the integrity of their economy, they will become the new threat to the West, that once again turns the tide against the rightward shift towards fascism and ultracapitalism. We need a second surge towards communism in the world.
Maybe it’s because I’m a redneck who is ideologically derived from Jeffersonian democracy rather than Marxism but I severely doubt any traditional Marxist structured power would work as a counter. I think that the capitalist powers basically got lucky with the World Wars and the great depression since they basically worked to pave over a lot of the woes of industrialization that were starting to hit around 1910, but it turns out killing an entire generation on the western front is great for reducing unemployment in the future, then the depression cleaned up a lot of chaff and made businesses a lot less reckless, and WW2 leveled much of Europes industrial base which while it sucked did create a lot of work and allowed them to rebuild from first basics.
What I think were seeing is the inevitable collapse of a globally financialized economy running into actual baseline economic issues that it simply can’t address due to its financialized structure. Frankly even if the Soviets had survived as a viable counter it at most wouldve been delayed because the seeds of the crop we witnessed were planted with the fallout of Nixon and fucking Reagan.
Also just a bit of context but derivatives of Jeffersonian democracy generally have much less focus on the whole Yeoman farmer thing and shift it instead into localized economic structures, basically corporations bad local businesses and co-ops good.
When all the other options have been exhausted
So sit on your asses and complain about the hecking orange CHEETO online with no end in sight. Got it
I was paraphrasing Churchill’s quote “Americans will always do the right thing, only after they have tried everything else.”
Churchill…the guy who led a country through war then got turfed out?
That’s the guy
