Good points. On the paranoia: is this also not more likely due to narcissistic injury? My impression is that paranoia in context of such personality disorders is more often preemptive and constant rather then reactionary due to his bubble of grandiosity being burst. On the ADHD: either it is part or it isn’t but I disagree that it is trivial. We’re trying to make sense of this cheese brain and it should help us (voting world population) to better understand the tendency of self-absorbed people, like he, getting positions of power aiding our democratical collapse.

I see no signs of ADHD, and if there are any, they are very minor, so yes that is absolutely a minor concern compared to him being a raving malignant narcissist.
If you see Trump speeches from 40 years ago, it is very evident that he does NOT have ADHD, back then he was perfectly coherent and could stay on track for hours. People with ADHD cannot do that.

The fact that he can’t do it now, doesn’t mean he has ADHD it means he has dementia.
