This is tragic on so many levels.

Carbrains’ sense of responsibility and liability is maddeningly infuriating. As an e-scooter guy I fully understand that the culture around me puts the responsibility for my safety solely on my own shoulders, but I’m a man, and this kid was eleven fucking years old.

I’ve read enough history to understand how heartless human beings are as a species, but somehow, there are still moments that shock me. Just awful.
