On that most essential qualification, the new lead White House spokeswoman, Katie Zacharia, is struggling.
She has presented herself as a lawyer but does not meet the requirements in her home state to use that title. And at least one watchdog group has asked the State Bar of California to investigate.
It’s my theory that they put an intentionally bad candidate in place. People will talk about her rather than what she’s supposed to be talking about. She will be a distraction and then shit canned once they’re clear of midterms.

I really do hope that watchdog group from CA follows through with the case against Zacharia’s impersonating a lawyer. No surprise to find that impersonating a lawyer is AGAINST THE LAW.
Other lawyers take that very seriously. I’m sure there will be more than one going after her.
