The Trump administration wants a federal judge to disregard social media statements by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon when determining whether its transgender military ban is constitutional. At the same time, President Donald Trump’s media company sells faster access to his social media posts for as much as $100,000 a month.

The argument appears in a four-page Justice Department filing submitted Tuesday in Talbott v. United States, the federal lawsuit challenging the administration’s efforts to remove transgender people from military service.

Not just trans though, he picked on a lot of people, including “Beardos,” men with beards, which indicts the american special forces by the way, such as green berets, that are a good share beardos.

Whom else, I forget but basically minorities are now lower tier, as are woman, and anyone this weirdo thinks is weird, and of course trans. He bit off a little more than he can chew. He’s on his way out, by the end of the year, I hear.

They should resign before being kicked out anyway. Dont serve a pedophile traitor that has gleefully ordered mass murder of civilians across the globe.

If people can be charged with crimes for social media posts, Pete can have his used as evidence too. If not, nobody should have them used in a court of law for any reason.

It is designed to be just, in the constitution. We have one of the best systems in the world, de jure, in law if not in fact.

The fact we are the world empire has led to further corruption of the system, just as it had in the UK prior, I theorize.

The executive doesn’t tell the judiciary what to do. Trump’s entire life is bound only by what people don’t accept when he says it.
