Same, I’ve had better luck getting sellers to communicate and fix shit on eBay than Amazon. Amazon only ever offered refunds, eBay people tried to make it right first. Like when the cabinet I ordered arrived with the glass busted out they gave me a partial refund to just replace the glass (way more than the glass cost), so I didn’t have to fuck with sending it back. That was great. The other time I ordered some parts and they left out half they just refunded the whole order and let me keep them.
