JFC, this is even stupider than I thought.

On Thursday, the US president went to a building he named after himself, dished out awards to the world’s richest person – his old frenemy Elon Musk – and other tech billionaires and even received an award that belonged to his late uncle.

Also, he just had to give himself a prize, too.

Kratsios had a surprise for the boss. He presented Trump with his uncle’s National Medal of Science in a handsome frame as the audience clapped. He looked happy enough, though it was clear this won’t displace the gaudy Fifa peace prize from his trophy cabinet.

    Holy fucking shit.

How many fake prizes does this toddler need? It is seemingly endless. I wish some reporter would ask him if he knows that none of those things - the FIFA thing, the stolen Nobel Peace Prize, as well as this, have any real meaning? He could have easily tasked some flunky with just outright buying some bullshit trophies from places that makes such things and it would mean exactly as much?

Oh that reminds me - I totally forgot that he whined that he could not give himself the Presidential Medal of Freedom, but someone mentioned that again on some podcast I was listening to this week.

I mean, the guy is just so pathetic. I just don’t understand how 30+ % still support him, even if they love all the racist shit.

Yeah no, I’ve never even heard of a more arrogant person in my life, except maybe Kanye. It’s very sad and pathetic. It seems like personal glorification is his primary motivation for everything he does.

IOKIYAR. Also, donnie is a very special boy. This trophy that’s way worse than a participation trophy (what did he even do here?) is just something he’s supposed to have.

They partied on Trump’s victory platform, too.

In 2028 when Democrats “take” Presidency, tech billionaires will party with the Democrats. Of course they are celebrating. They win.

(if the USA isn’t a plutocracy, there is no such thing. This is as plutocracy as it gets. They don’t hang up a sign that says “Plutocracy!”)

But he has great genes, and believes in race horse theory, and his uncle! Was a bigly scientist doing smarty stuff!

Also the room is filled with high-IQ people, he says. I’m sure he includes himself in that classification.

      🤣

I so wish someone could goad him into taking an IQ test. He claims he’s so high IQ…let’s see.

This is a person who is so egotistical he absolutely has taken IQ tests in the past just to see what the results were, and probably multiple tests because he never got a result that he liked and ended up probably suing the doctors who gave the unfortunate results.

This would have a lot more punch if they didn’t use such pathetic delivery, and it would get more eyes, and generate more trust in the paper too because people already know the actual facts here, nobody needs the injection of deniability. If someone threatens to sue because you implied they don’t care about americans, you say “bet, show me where you are demonstrating care and I’ll recind my claim”. But no, we can’t simply say “because he doesn’t care” because of corporate cowardice.
