I don’t trust a government involved in a war to publish trustworthy numbers. If that is really the basis for the “analysts” claims then that seems incredibly untrustworthy. Especially any numbers coming from the Ukrainian government, as they have been shown to be liberal with the truth quite often. Ghost of Ukraine amongst many others.
