While China might sell to the US for less than they’re buying from Canada, it won’t stay that way for long. Just long enough to get the US hooked on Chinese oil, which will likely be sourced in Canada and refined in China before being sold to the US.

The links in your reply say the value of crude exported in 2014 was $153 billion. So, a very small amount.
As I understand, the desire to get crude to the coast for shipping to Asia is the justification for the pipeline projects.
