Assembly Bill 2164 authored by Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan (D-Orinda) would have prohibited California’s governor from recognizing a request for extradition of a person related to their providing a legally protected healthcare activity in the Golden State to transgender individuals, or if they provide reproductive services. It provided certain exemptions, such as an extradition required by federal law.

Dearest ShitLibs: as of today, September 23, you have 160 days remaining to find a candidate to nominate who isn’t a genocidal ghoul and won’t throw trans people under the bus. If you can’t manage that, then you don’t get to pretend like the people who’ve been saying this for a decade now are somehow betraying you and the nation by not voting for whatever Wall St friendly monster you’ve allowed your party to nominate.
