No, what you saw is a clip where the context is inferred. It’s like me showing footage of a van pulling up by a warehouse at night to prove there’s a drug lab there, but you don’t actually see any drugs, nor a drug lab, but it looks suspicious enough so you believe it.

This is similar. You don’t actually see Hasan shocking his dog. You saw his hands beneath his desk as his dog barked.
