2 months agowe are just pulling out of negative degree weather here in iowa. i had a man run up to me freezing and crying, asking for help bc he hadnt eaten in 3 days. i took him into the grocery store and got him some hot food and gave him my winter coat because he was literally freezing. he declined all other help and i can only hope i made a difference. i have no way to offer more, but i wish i did.
